"Annie" was the wife of Hylas Sabine, a state senator from Union County, Ohio. She was born in September of 1835 to Joseph R. Ware of Mechanicsburg, Ohio. She and Hylas Sabine were married October 8th, 1857. Their son, Wallace, was the first man to build a symphony hall (in Boston) in which engineering principles were used to assure good acoustics.
